When you receive a letter from the Adjutant requesting proof of member eligibility, please reply with a copy of your DD214 or alternate documentation.  Drop it by, mail it to the Post or email a scanned document (see below). Can’t find your DD214 or other Proof of Service? The Service Office can help you.
